SHIPPING: All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class, Priority, or International Air Mail unless otherwise arranged. Most orders are processed within 48 hours - orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. All orders received and/or shipped by us will be followed by an e-mail confirmation letter/invoice to the purchaser. U.S. Priority Mail usually arrives within 3-5 business days. International Air Mail can take between 1-3 weeks, pending Custom's inspections. Purchaser is responsible for all International duties and taxes. Return Policy
General Merchandise Items may be returned or exchanged in their original packaging within 10 days of receipt. TantraOm Inc, will not refund the shipping charges for returned items nor pay for the shipping of returned items unless the items delivered were either not what you ordered or arrived damaged.
In these cases, you must contact us immediately upon receipt to notify us and we will arrange for a pickup of the goods. A 15% service fee will be charged on the returned orders.
Please make sure to keep the packaging the way you received it as well as the shipping label in the box.
